I think he looks very good Jason. Some might want a deeper ribbed bull but at 10 months he has plenty of rib. SC looks good too.

What is his breeding?

He is a Finks 5522-6148 x Ambush 28. Can't complain about the scrotal, 37cm at 10 months. Took him to the vet with some short 2 year olds just to see how good he was. The vet came back and said, "they were jumping off the slide". The other bulls passed but not as good as he did. I knew he was capable of breeding because I let him in with some 1st calf'ers at 8 1/2 mos. old, they haven't been back in heat. I got a little semen on him not long after I had him checked, just in case, at 10 1/2 mos.

I know. In years past, I understand there were some cross matings to try and get things going to a different goal in the Angus breed, I'm just not familiar enough with the older pedigrees to understant all of them.

Jason, he is a good looking bull. He needs weight though.. He has the shape, look, and pedigree to be a decent animal in the breed... But if you are trying to develop him he needs to be pushed to see what he can develop into..

he is to old for a bull test now.. put him on Purina's Impact Grower for 60 days and post another photo of him, i think everyone will jump on him with good response..
 
VClavin, PRF Celt 912. They look decent too me. About the only thing that isn't really reflected accurately is the CED And BW, I believe. I'm pretty sure he will definatley be an easy calver, born 12 days early with a super low BW ratio.

Dusty, as far as the Impact Grower, at $500 a ton with a 5 ton minimum, we'll just have to find other options.
