Made some this weekend for some guests using venison. It was outstanding. Didn't see anyone get less than two helpings of it and got one comment that it was the best venision they had ever eaten. Great recipe, thanks for sharing. :tiphat:

My buddy finally produced and brought me short rib and rib eye already in marinade. Man, this stuff is good! Short rib was kinda tough tho. I'll be trying your recipe next, Farmgirl10. Thanks for bringing it up.
