Hello friends
I AI my buffalo 12/31/2015 after 50 days one day she refused to give milk at morning and evening. Next day we used Oxytocin injection for milk because her udder contains milk of 2 days. The next day she started Mooing I thought she is in heat so take her to BULL. After 40 days of Bull mating my buffalo she again refuse to give milk yesterday evening and today at morning she was mooing for half hour and then allowed us to milk her.

Now my question is that Is my buffalo is in HEAT? if yes then what should I do next to make her pregnant?
 
Sounds like she could be in heat. Can you draw some blood and send away for pregnancy test? If she is still open I would just leave her with the bull.
