I personally haven't used it. Reason is I've only been raising cattle for a couple of years and have a small herd and buy hay which is mostly bermuda. However, I do have a friend who plants browntop millet every year and gets at least two cuttings off of it - sometimes three. He has even had one of his hay fields where he has planted millet come back this year volunteer. As for the nutritional value, I cannot answer. But, my friend has a lot of registered black angus which he raises and sells so I know he wouldn't feed them a low quality hay.
