A woman whose husband was addicted to alcoholic enemas has been cleared of his manslaughter after administering one based on sherry.
Texan Michael Warner, 58, died of alcoholic poisoning with a level almost six times the state’s legal limit.
Court records showed the charge against Tammy Jean Warner, 45, was dismissed because of insufficient evidence.
She claimed her husband was addicted to enemas and often used alcohol in them to get drunk.
