Bottle calf suddenly bloating

Hi, I have a 3&1/2 month steer calf, holstien mix. The last few days every time while drinking its bottle of milk, the left side of its stomach visibly airs up. Then goes back down later on its own. Its on pasture with grain, besides 2bottles of milk a day. Any idea's??? Would it help if i took it off of milk?
