I'm starting out with Cattlemax online, if your only doing for cattle expenses, and income, has a PDF export for all the different reports. You can get a 21 day free trial, so you can check it out.
But if you got others things, like crops or sell hay, there was a local college that was having some class to teach how to use some new spread sheet program that some company developed for all around farm use.

Or, be like me and use a sheet of paper, a feather and a bottle of ink :lol2: .
