The "Price is Right" for what? What are they selling? How many did this Bob guy sell?

Is this a "Picture Show"?

Or a "TV" show?

Haven't watched since Bob killed the fur market back in the 70's. He killed the Ms America thing. Can't believe people still watched him.

If the tube is on, and the show comes on, and I am sitting there bored, I guess I can watch it now. Maybe it will happen. Drew is alright as far as I know.

Don't watch The Price is Right...so I really don't care who hosts it. However....I've watched Drew Carey stuff before and I think he's great! Congrats, Drew...if that's what you wanna do, go for it. The show will be better because of it.

I just wonder how well he'll connect with all of the "older" crowd. Go to just about any nursing home and The Price Is Right will be the show of choice in the community TV room, as well as playing in a LOT of the patient's rooms. I know it was the show of choice in the big Chemo room when I escorted the wife to her treatments.

Crowder would have been a good replacement, except for the models. Those floors would have needed a great deal of re-inforcing. All those nursing homes would need wide screen televisions too.

How is it that all the women folk make allegations about him 'not keeping his hands to himself' and yet the older folks just keep on watching him! Next time some older person says something bad about Bill Clinton, I'm gonna remind them about Ol' Bob and his antics!

I watched the show some and think he is doing a great job. When I heard they had chosen him, I wasn't sure he would be the right one. It appears he is. Looks like he is having fun with it. I think the hugs suprise him.
