My bull has been loosing weight all summer dispite extra grain during and after breeding season - yesterday I found small red worm/eggs in his manure. I have heard of blood worms before from the old timers. Does anyone know the treatment for these.

If it was my bull the Vet would be on his/her way. And there would be a sample for display upon arrival.
large dose avermectins....dectomax or ivermectin or or or....
can be used as a pour on, but if he is that infested, i would tend to use the injection method of applying. stuff can be had at any good co op or farm store. get it done NOW....not later.....also, consult a vet on it....depending on what the repro status of the worms is, another method of doing them in might work better than this one.
