Blocking Chute Pictures?

Does anyone have (or could take) some pictures of the head gate handle assembly on their chute? My dad is making my chute and has everything done but the head gate assembly. It's just like a Sullivan's chute, I just can't seem to find any pictures online of the handle assembly up close. I am mainly looking for the part where the spring attaches to the handle. Thanks in advance!
