What breed of cattle is most resistant to bloat caused by legumes?

I don't know that there is a particular breed more resistant than others but I do know that in any population there are animals more susceptible than others . You just need to manage cattle of all breeds grazing high legume pasture carefully and somewhat differently than non legume pasture.There is plenty of info out there on management does and don'ts for high legume pasture grazing.

I agree 100% Unfortunately the only test that I know of is turn them out and observe.
