Blackleg usually hits around 6 months.
If it is black leg the back legs will feel like a bag of frito's.

Still born could be a lot of things.
Did you see the presentation of the calf first thought is she delivered a breech.

No.. you won't see blackleg in calves that young. Generally close to weaning age, and the fastest growing calves.
