Sorry BA we have never tried him. We used the BJR 107 which is related. I think 3/4 brothers.

105 looks stouter and shorter than 107 in the pics. I like his look, but was wondering about feet and udders. His carcass numbers leave something to be desired. I figured someone would have used him looking at the number of calves by him.

Lazy Ace: What were your thoughts on the 107 cattle.
 
We have a son of 107 and I think he is doing a super job as of now. Don't know what his daughters will be like since we don't have any in production yet. But his sons had the highest average over all our sire groups in our bull sale a couple weeks ago. Their is calving ease and performance in that guy, even though his EPDs say different.
