HaHa I did not reailize that this thread was 5 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did a little bitcoin mining back years ago, when it took 6000 bitcoins to make a dollar, and you mined about .40 ever 24hrs. with just a normal pc.
Very poor investment, and highly risky
Sound as a dollar! It's still risky in my opinion. The structure of it and all that doesn't bother me it's the fact that as soon as the govt decides it doesn't like it... it's done. They can regulate it out of existence in a heart beat.
The dollar is govt approved because only they control and manipulate it. The govt doesn't like any thing it doesn't control.Sound as a dollar!![]()
False. The dollar is govt approved because only they control and manipulate it. The govt doesn't like any thing it doesn't control.
Brute, what's your point?
BINGO!I was having my morning coffee at deli this AM. This woman comes in heads straight to the bitcoin machine, starts feeding $100.00 BILLS. Nosy me starts counting, 50 of them, $5000.00 bucks!
After she left, I ask cashier, she does that twice a week, $10000.00 a week.
Am I the only 1 that thinks laundering drug money...
DAMN
Congress will not wipe out its own agency or currency. They will wipe out a competitor or some thing they don't approve of in a heart beat.Brute, what's your point?
The Board of Governors is an agency of the federal government.
The Federal Reserve is not. It's not Federal and there is No Reserve.
Congress has no authority over the Federal Reserve.Congress will not wipe out its own agency or currency. They will wipe out a competitor or some thing they don't approve of in a heart beat.
LOLGood luck to you if you honestly believe that.
Well considering you're still wasting time arguing on CT, I'm guessing the bitcoin investment didn't workout.LOL
what a difference 5 years of hindsight makes
Unfortunately, I listened to your advice on what a poor investment it was and never bought bitcoin. Bit of a sore spotWell considering you're still wasting time arguing on CT, I'm guessing the bitcoin investment didn't workout.
True... butI don't need a home run with Bitcoin. Consistent base hits has worked for me but if some one wants to swing for it I don't blame them. It's their money and choice.
