Those are great. You should enter contests. I love red winged blackbirds. Just that shock of red on that little black body makes me think of summer. I saw a painted bunting here for the last two springs at the water trough. Just passing through, I guess. I need to get out the camera. My digital isn't good enough to take pics like that. I need to drag out the Minolta and the zoom lense.

Lammie- I'm planning to enter a few pics at our county fair in August. I just got back 5 pics as 8x10s that are all good - I just need to pick my favorites. I liked these bird pics too (48x zoom on the digital for all of them :shock but when I had them printed at Walmart as 4x6s they just weren't sharp enough to take up to 8x10s. Unfortunately. I'll have to try again. ;-)
