Bimectin Dewormer?

While getting ready to work a group of calves I picked up a bottle of Bimectin at my local CO-OP. It is a 1/3 the price of Cydectin or Eprinex for the same 40 head volume. It is a new product here so I am not familiar with it. I am wondering if anyone else has used it? What has been your experience?

It is not new but merely a generic. I've used generics, including it, for years with good results. But we only worm cattle until 3 YO and then do not worm them again. If they do poorly after that it is an omen that they do not need to be here. It also allows a residuum of worms that have not built total immunity. But that's just my habits. I've wondered at times of going to no wormer since the sheep are run that way and they do fine after selection.
