That is seriously insane. When i was 15 we were trying to prove.....actually not sure what we were trying to prove. A group of us guys at school were trying to out do each other when we found a bench press set up. I did 180 pounds and for my macho man attitude couldnt move my arms for a week! Now i just need to add another 1000 pounds.
If that were the case, he woulda been doing pushups.......At 15? Probably who had the highest concentration of testosterone.
That’s solid Lucky_P.Think I did 400#, 1 rep, in my HS days. Routinely worked out with 180-200. Probably couldn't do 40# today.
Didn't you play college ball? You probably had pretty good numbers. That’s solid Lucky_P.
I was in that range.Didn't you play college ball? You probably had pretty good numbers.
aye it is! which makes the yawn even more defining...I thought it was “ado”?
That's incredible. I was weaker in H.S.....I did 280lbs (once) when I was 55, I have a really dominate strong-left arm that did most of the work, wasn't pretty. That was a few years back. I might only be able to do 220 now. You lose 1 %/year of your strength after age 40 and then 2%/year of your strength after age 50.Think I did 400#, 1 rep, in my HS days. 10-4 Your contribution leaves no doubt behind the meaning of 'pulling your own weight' .That's incredible. My whole outlook on fitness...boils down to one thing....if you fall off a roof or cliff and are dead-hanging...can you pull yourself up using your arms and your entire body to save yourself?...if you can, you passed the best fitness test you'll ever need in life.
