Yup - the herd that runs about 5 miles from here does very well. I think he runs about 60 head.

Anything with British in them can handle the cold and the wet.

You just have to feed them and allow them a spot to get out of the weather.

A bush works if you do not have overhead shelter.

The neighbor runs 20 - 30 belties, and they seem to pull through -40 just fine. They're always fat, and they never recieve any grain supplement.
