Merry, Merry, Happy Happy Christmas, ho! ho! ho! and a happy New Year. that is as political as I get. :lol2:  :santa: Bah Humbug....to all those do gooders.

I like watching the Carol Service at Midnight Christmas eve from the Westminster Cathedral.

Speaking of politically correct....why has the famous and delicious "Christmas Ham" suddenly become a "Holiday Ham" when neither the Jews nor the muslims eat ham???

The Christmas ham became the standing rack of beef ribs here about 20 years ago. :D

For some reason I find it easier to associate a good rack of ribs with July 4th. ;-)
Standing rack and rack of ribs aren't the same. I'm pretty sure you know this but missed it.

vett, got friends and family down south of I-10 and they think nothing goes with Christmas like tamales. Never had them at Christmas but guess it could become (and probably will become) the new Christmas meat eventually.
