It's a small shopping center. It has five suites for tenants. All five were leased out before I got the outside walls up.
My company builds several of these a year.

That must be kind of satisfying work.

You make something useful and lasting. Instead of doing the same job day in and out, you can actually see the progress and completion of your job.

I built that for a guy in the metropolis of Lynn, Arkansas. Population 312. I met everyone of them!! :lol:
