To be honest, I never saw the end costs. My boss did this as a favor ;-) ;-) , to a developer that we build for. I can tell you that the material ran in to the 70's. The outside was all cypress, inside all tongue and groove cypress and cedar. The best carpet and tile you can buy. I've got some pics, somewhere of the inside, I'll try and dig em up.
