Ingredients
2 bottles of your favorite brand of beer
1 pack premium hot dogs

Cooking Instructions
In a medium size pot, pour 2 bottles of beer and bring to a slow boil. Add hot dogs and bring back to the slow boil again. Reduce heat to slightly above simmer and let cook for 5 - 10 minutes or until hot dogs swell up.

Beats cooking them with water!

Serve in buns with mayo, mustard, ketchup, chili, and slaw.

I do something similar with Bratwurst.
Except I cook them on the pit for afew minutes just before serving.

My recipe is pretty much the same...I start with a 6 pack, pour 2 in the pot, bring to a slow simmer and when I finish the other 4 the dogs are done...
