15 year old cow about ready to wean her 15th calf

Yearling heifer I plan to A.I. My good friend and long time breeder Larry Buster let me walk through his heifers, almost without restriction, and pick one that I liked at weaning. She's developing quite nicely, I'd say. (WacoCowboy, she's a half sister to your bull.)


First calf of 2015. Pictured at 11 days old. He's the 13th calf from a cow who was days shy of being 14 years old.


First of the heifers to calve. Newborn heifer calf. She's energetic for sure.

Those are beautiful cattle. I love Beefmasters. I am going to purchase a few more to cross with Black Angus. They outdo all of my cattle. Thanks for sharing those good pictures.

Nice heifers and calves. Buster let you get away with a really nice heifer hope there are some like her on Saturday. Who do you plan on AIing that heifer to? Are you going to take those horns off that 6 month old? I love the color on the lil bull calf.

WC, I'll dehorn the heifer in another month or so. Hopefully there isn't too much extra horn growth during that time. I'm betting there'll be some nice heifers around on Saturday. I like to see them as much as I like seeing the bulls. I should've delayed my posting 24 hours. I came home to another heifer cleaning a dark red bull calf.

That's the "doing kind" when you have cows still cranking out nice calves into their teens, those are some nice animals you've got there

1 3 yr old bull
1 yrling bull
2 bred hfrs
4 cows
They are all for sale
