Here's the bacon..turned out really well. Cured with a normal cure and a honey coating, smoked in hickory to start, and finished with orangewood.

That looks great HL. How's the taste of the apple? Greg, it really doesn't take much time its more of a matter of remembering to take it out when it needs to be so it doesn't over cure. I've learned these new smart phones are great for that.
