Thanks everyone.

I wound up running a low grade fever of all things. Caught it from the grandkids. It was worth it :-)

It was time to haul the youngest nurse cow back to the farm yesterday. She was finally dry and hopefully the heifers there will discover momma is no longer carrying their load. I took a stroll through the wheat patch and found hope for some areas. Some of it might survive the winter drought it seems. The cows would have gotten a week of green grazing on it had things worked out as planned. Now they might get a day or two after all when the time comes.

While I was out there I got the chills and thought it was the weather. The phone kept ringing with birthday wishes, which were nice. Got in a little maintenance and then got out of there.

It was a good day.

I am a day late and several dollars short on the birthday wishes.....

both my mom and my sisters family called christmas morning and told me not ot come over as they were all sick.

went to my sons last week.

My wife has been sick for two weeks.

dr. made me get a flu shot and a pneumonia shot this year. so far so good.

Work makes me do that every year. At least it is free that way.

My grandson has strep throat (however it is supposed to be spelled). He may lose his tonsils out of this.

My fever is broke. No other real symptoms of anything. Its been a day of hanging in the house. Every knife I own has a razor edge on it again.
