BAAAAAAAAD cow

We were sorting cows sunday, and a 3 year old
soon to calve angus cow actually charged us with the intent
to kill . We were trying to get her out of the lot where we
had some feeder calves being picked up by a buyer. She
crashed into the fence several times( trying to go over it)
I have never been this close to being mauled by a cow.
The others are herefords or hereford- angus or hereford-
simm cross. The girl bought herself a ticket to the sale barn
tomorrow. :roll: we can not afford to get hurt. :shock:
Too old- bones do not heal well! :x

Hate to break the news to you but young bones may seem to heal well, but they'll rear their ugly head later on.

we are loading her up tonight,if she gets too nasty
dad will put a bullet in her head, she has that "look" of a
caged wild animal, she was looney as a calf, we could not catch her to sell her 3 years ago. She did have a nice
calf last year- it is not crazy. Dad sorta wanted to let her
go ahead and calve--- I said NO- one of us will get hurt.
I am 48 and dad is 70, we are not near a quick as we once were! She is oughta here::::::::::::::: TODAY! :x

Good decision....we of the well seasoned legions heal just fine...just takes a whole lot longer.
