australian stumpys

I've had ACDs for years, but lately they seem like glorified lap dogs. (I blame the AKC.)
Does anyone have or know Australian Stumpys? They seem more like the ACD used to be.(still bred to work)

That's the Smithfield cattle dog, don't know a lot about them except that they can fight. They usually have wrinkled up years from being in a few scraps.
