Very nice cattle, question what is the very tall crop in the background of picture 4 is it used for silage?

I have been impressed with your cattle for sometime now. You continue to display fine examples of the breed.
 
Someone is always asking what to cross their Longhorns and their Brahman cross cattle with, well these good bulls will do the trick. They will shorten the ears and take off some, not all, of the spots and make a nice yellow calf that will bring top dollar.

We rarely see Longhorns and Brahman around here but Charolais works great on Angus X Simmental or Hereford. Some use Gelbvieh or Shorthorns. We rarely have a drought.
