You scared the crap out of me. I thought i lost a week. Thanksgiving is the 28th, so we have more time after the weekend. 22 years ago i was in labor and my big turkey popped out around 4 am the 29th. He already has his gift, but i haven't bought his card yet. Then i was like, oh no, i need to defrost... my cousins have it made in northern ny. Other cousins live across the river in Canada, so they all get two Thanksgivings.
 
Well then you have absolutely ZERO excuses to not take pictures as you have been given plenty of notice !!!!!!!! :lol: :tiphat:

Seems all my family and my wife's family are all going 19 different directions so we will probably just go to a restaurant and have lunch, go home and take a nap. Hope everyone has a great day and has much to be thankful for. I know I certainly do. !!!!!!!
 
I am hoping that someone will conquer the turducken and post pics with a tutorial . ;-)

I am making this for Christmas for sure this year . I have done a duck and a turkey, just a turkey, but we usually always have prime rib at Christmas here but now it is definitely the year for a turducken . :nod:
