I missed it also. But I said shoot him behind the ear, not in the back of the head. And I see no reason for someone that committed a crime like Hinkley did, deserves or needs a trial. He was a 100% guilty of trying to kill someone, no ifs ands or butts. Pictures don't lie, and are worth a thousand words. I'm all for jury trials and reasonable doubt, but there was no need in this case. At least the cops have it figured out now, shoot'em six times and don't worry about a trial.
TB, you need to learn some manners.
TG you need to act like you have some inkling of the law of our land. You sound just like some Imam preaching in a mosque. Stop and think about it.  Really hard to imagine an intelligent man thinking the way you do. You're really warped.

Grit is an honest, intelligent man. He has described his childhood, that may account for some scars- but I avoid psychoanalysis. I wish you would not say he is warped, Richard. You don't know what he might have gone through growing up. He loves his family and wants to protect them and his lifestyle. I don't consider it anyone else's problem what he believes. However, as GB stated, if he acts out some of his beliefs, I have great concern for where he will spend the remainder of his mortal life.

You're probably right Ron but quite a few honest intelligent men have either done terrible things or encouraged others to do terrible things. Watch an ISIS propaganda film and you'll hear the same rhetoric from their leaders along with instructions if necessary.

It must be all in the company you keep. All my friends think pretty much the same as I do on this issue, especially when it comes to one of their family members. But I'm 99% sure the same bunch of friends will end up dead defending their Second Amendment rights. I believe when the government bans guns most folks will turn them in without a fight or cut and run, so y'all might as well buy a new pair of sneakers.

Your sentence implies that you believe guns will be banned.

Maybe but not in my lifetime. IMO, guns will become obsolete before they are banned.

I hope you live a long life Inyati. And yes I believe guns will be banned. The deadbeats, freeloaders and socialists don't stand a chance of getting what they want if we're armed.

I'm not willing to give this one up either.

Do you Hunt chipmunks? That is a 50 calibre.

I don't see guns being banned. There may be more regulations, but not banned.

Regulations like in Australia? Ban them one kind at a time.

Same difference if you own one of the guns that happen to get banned. I have a few guns that I don't really need right now, and hopefully never. But if you need to protect yourself and your family then you need them.
Kenny, you have enough guns so giving up a few shouldn't be a big deal.

Doubt anybody would deny you have the right to defend and protect your family. It's when you start saying we should just shoot all "accused" criminals in the ear without the benefit of due process that sounds ludacris.

If Hillary wants my guns she can have the first 100 if she comes to get them herself. Don't send someone else. The next 200 will be a little harder to get.
