Is there anything similar to MultiMin 90? I need to give my cows that I'm going to ET a shot of this to boost fertility. I've called 6 vets and they're all out and said its hard to get. Is there something else I can give them? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Injectible? Prescription like multimin 90? Any precautions or any reason why I wouldn't want to use it instead of multimin 90? Sorry, just covering my butt!

My understanding is that it is a generic, therefore it is cheaper. It is an RxV, so you must buy from a vet or have a script to buy it.

I heard they pulled multi max off the shelf because multi min sued because muulti max used there recipe so when it was pulled caused a rush on multi min.

All of the vets in this area are out until MAy 15th - too late for me. How about using Vetafirm Concept-Aid chelated minerals in their feed? Better than nothing right? How much does a guy feed a day?

At this point in time it's pretty much too late for anything.

If its too late then I guess its too late. I went ahead and I am feeding them the Concept Aid. BEfore that I was using Vitaferm breed booster every day and had several trace sale mineral blocks out. Hope it works. Theyve been feed free choice prairie hay, a couple pounds of alfalfa hand fed, 4 lbs of grain feed mix 14% BDG. They're probably a body condition score of 5. Not skinny, not fat, just healthy. Hope atleast 50% take with the ET'ing. The other 50% will be baldies.

Not going to help you, but I just spoke to MultiMinUSA and they said supplies have been going out every 2 weeks, but the backorders should be going out May 7th - available May 10th?? Supposedly, get raw ingredient from Europe & has been unavailable.

This is what our Vet told us...

Looks like the first round of heifers we will AI the second week of May wont get it, but the second round will.
