They are about to pass a law here in Texas that makes it legal to do that. The twist to it is that the land owner will be able to sell the gunner seat .

We have been doing it in Texas for years. There is not law stopping us from using a chopper on hogs... or any thing really.

I'm not from Texas.....I heard the difference is in selling the seat. While it is legal now to shoot them out of a chopper, you can't sell the hunt....yet. I may be wrong, just what I heard.
