Seems we are on a roll at Running Arrow Farm, this month! :lol:
We have two 6 week old Boer Kid Goats that weigh about 20 lbs or so now. They are all over the place...toddlers...duh...
The male one who had been visiting our Longhorns safely decided to investigate their 200lb molasses mineral tub. Probably an hour or so later I heard him "bleep" couple of times. I investigated. This idio had climbed into the warm tub (aka "tar pool") and ALL FOUR FEET WERE STUCK DOWN ABOUT 4 inches! Unable to dig or pull him out, I turned the tub on its side to take weight off pushing into the tub. Within a few minutes he managed to struggle free and ran off. Today he still has about 4" of molasses minerals on his 4 legs...guess he has a "stash" of minerals now... :dunce:
