Did chores. Took salt and mineral to winter range. Got a yearling bull off the range and took some gas to our hired guy so he could weld legs on the new feed panels we got. Went and helped the neighbor vaccinate his heifer calves this afternoon.

Winter range. We put out 1 tub for each 20 cows there last Saturday, they are still better than 50%. Quite happy!

Cow thieves left tracks.

Bull is on feed now, still 6 missing.IMG_0977.jpeg

Panels, we bought 60 of these and a new Highline processor. Thinking they will all be paid for by March 1 with hay saved.

Gas powered welder/generator. If you expand and look through the panels it is the blue box next to the shop.
When you said taking gas for the welder I was thinking welding gases. Not thinking in terms of petrol or unleaded as we refer to. Being off grid myself I am always interested in how others do it although I have the luxury of my workshop 15 minutes away with 3 phase mains power.
