Angus Plus Bulls

Found some Angus Plus Bulls for Sale and this is the first time hearing of this breed.

I run free range cattle in norther new mexico with the elevation ranging from 5500 ft to 9500 ft. My cattle breed has a mixture of Hereford, angus, beefmaster & maine anjou.

Can anyone update me with the following info:

• Are they a registered breed
  Temperment
  reproductive traits of calves
  foraging ability
  size
  any more information

If I remember correctly it's sort of run out of the Red Angus Assoc.

Sounds like the Ultra Black program that they had at Cow Creek a while back except these seem to come in red as well.

I like the looks of those calves in the brochure. It might not be necessary here in MO but I do like the look of a calf with a tick of ear.
