Some will say yes and some will say no. What I will tell you is I have used it and have no complaints.

What is it worth to you to have a machine that works well?

Always use the best you can afford but never beggar yourself while doing it. In the end it is your decision.

Cheers.

Interesting bit if info on the founder of the Amsoil Co./Corp. (don't remember which just now). Guy was a Jet Jock in Korea flying F86 Sabre Jets and wondered what they used to lubricate the turbines in the engines. When he got out he decided to do what he did with what he had learned. On the name of the company I figure (unresearched) he named it America's Oil, Amsoil for short.

I used it once, as the full synthetic hydraulic oil in my DR Pro Z riding mower. Bought the mower in 2005, same oil still in tank, spin on filters in each line to the hydro drives...still runs like a champ. What can I say. I use Shell Rotella T_ in my tractors and Mobil 1 in my road vehicles for 1 reason: WW stocks it...cheap and readily available.
