An Amish lady was on her way to town in her horse drawn buggy when a state trooper stopped her.. The trooper told the lady the reason he had stopped her is that her slow moving vehicle reflector was broken and she needed to get it fixed so her buggy can be seen. "Thank thee" replied the lady, "I will tell my husband to fix it as soon as I get home." The trooper then told the lady "Maam, one of your reins is wrapped around your horses testicles, some people might view that as cruelty to animals, you may want to do something about that also." "Thank thee" replied the lady, I will tell my husband also. " The trooper then went on his way without giving the lady a citation. When the Amish lady got home she told her husband about the reflector being broken. "I will put a new one on right now" said the husband. "Oh, by the way" said the lady, "The policemen said something about the emergency brake also."
