If she's eating/drinking, looking fine - nothing.
Sometimes, they are 'detached', and just need a little tug to get 'em started over the brim of the pelvis to fall out - but if you pull on it, and it seems to still be firmly attached, do not try to pull it loose
Some of them get to stinking pretty bad - but if the cow is bright, alert, eating, and taking care of her calf, I don't fret about it.
