What do y'all do in northern states?

My systems are conventional septic systems. It is hard to get permits for them now.

It seems everyone with an aerobic system is toast here now. Dozens of folks with full tanks and frozen sprinkler pipes. It's been below freezing for a few days.

I have a customer(Ski Area) who uses one at 10,000'. They don't seem to have any problems. But, it is covered. They buy a lot of sugar to feed the bacteria in the off season.

On new construction it's the only thing that's been used here for 20 years. They don't seem to freeze, I reckon they're just deep enough not to give trouble, either that or these people are so full of crap it keeps it thawed :lol2: .
