Perhaps he will not need a new name when/if he returns....

I suspect he's in timeout. Every good forum has gotta have a villian, it's just like wrasslin'. If you get rid of all the asses, nobody wants to watch.
There is still 99 azzs left tho

Bar23 magical quit posting, so we are down to 98.

All of the information shared here........ is admissible in court

I may take some issue with that....

I object!

I have a close relative who is a judge. He said anything posted on facebook or any other open forum (like this) is considered to have occurred in public. There is no "probable cause" required. Maybe that is just in KY. Maybe I misunderstood him. Maybe I am just a bit paranoid.. :hide:

Your friend is right, if someone says or does something not protected by the 1st, the courts can oust the identity of the user. That's why you are afforded a mod to help keep users and their selves safe but some on here tries to push that to the limits. I follow several other boards and I don't see it anywhere like on this one. It's understandable that some has nothing to do but be on here and that's ok by me.

I started following this fourm because I have had ties to the cattle industry and now BR had interesting things to say. Some of the things he had to say was crude, however interesting and informative. He is very bright on many things and that sticks in some of your crawls.

Just had to pat yourself on the back , HUH

Whatever name you use....Your underestimation of the intelligence of others....or perhaps its the overestimation of your own intelligence, is darn near laughable, but is most certainly sad.
The least you could do is pretend to apologize in that oh-so {in}sincere method you normally utilize.

Inyatti13, Margonne, Bright Raven, or the talking dog?

Taking wagers on the new name.
Was Blue Dawg one of his names or was that an actual poster? I thought he was suspect of multiple account personality disorder, but not sure if he was convicted.

I liked this post by mistake.
Raven is like a gossiping old woman in the beauty salon. He is one person in public and another in private. Completely dishonest. I saved a number of pm s of him saying some pretty interesting things about be various members behind their backs.
I have no doubt he's done the same thing to me.......... perhaps we should share. .. 8)

you can unlike it right afterward ..look back and there will be a thumbs down button, where the like button was, just hit again too remove it..done the same thing couple times myself. end of my fingers too big to stay on target..

Not sure it violates another of the "unwritten rules" around here but I certainly wouldn't appreciate it if someone published a PM, PRIVATE MESSAGE, I sent or received for all to see.

Just sayin'...

Yep, probably not a good move to be publicly posting PMs..unless 'maybe' one edits out the other person's words.

I typed out a long response and screwed up the posting. To shorten it, just because something is said in public, does not in and of itself make it admissible in Court. I am not saying it might not come in, but it would have to qualify under one of the rules of evidence. Internet postings being admissible, are sketchy at best.

I understand why some have great animosity towards Raven. In just a few years he started a herd and now has some of the finest looking cattle on CT, probably because he feeds and takes care of them. And some of you have been beating your head against the wall for years. He does all of his own AI and has great success at it, he understands genetics as well as anyone. And at the end of the day he goes to bed with money in the bank.

I'd be willing to bet that none of the reasons you listed are correct.
