Anything even $5 would help, please.

I went there and was going give them some tack to sell but decided I will just donate instead. MillIron has given me some pretty good horse advice in the past.

I have to say, anyone who donates has no idea how much this will be appreciated.

We lost our six-year-old almost two years ago and the whole community came out to support us; donations came from all over, local baseball team ran a car wash to raise money, the PTA organized people to come by and drop off meals every night for the first two weeks and then the principal had volunteers dropping off groceries every Friday for the next year! I can't tell you how much of a burden was taken off of us.

I've sent my donation for Zack and Debbie and am looking around for items for the auction ... who's next?? Maybe this should also be posted in the Coffee Shop for the cattle guys that don't regularly check the horse boards. I know MillIronQH has posted and helped plenty of times there, too. Just a thought.

Karin, posting something on the cattle board probably isn't a bad idea - maybe one of the mods will pin this to the top of the board? :)

Wow I am so sorry about your loss........thanks for your generous donation, and yes I hope to touch his heart with our communities spirit and kindness! PLEASE feel free to cross post to another thread, I am not familiar with this board.

Congrats on your new horses as well. I am a moderator on a really fun and helpful board that might interest you as well, it's how I met Z and Debbie http://www.horsegazette.com come over and say hi!!
