I have heard it both ways

snuff is dry snoose is wet, basically the same stuff except for that. You could probably take copenhagen and dry it in the oven and have snuff, except I recall snuff as being much finer

The real fine ground was Garrett and Tube Rose, I'm sure there's others.

my brother and a neighbor kid and myself got some Railroad snuff. It was very dry, and powdery like fine flour. We snorted it to see who could take the biggest hit. Don't remember who won or was it lost. :)

Just made my mouth water thinking about the Levi. I was stuck on Taylors Pride for years. Cheaper than Levi, and just as good. I'll think I'll go get some right now. :D
