8 week old calf cant get up without help

Looking for idea, we recently banded calves before hauling everything out to pasture-maybe 10-14 days ago. Recently found a cow bellering, bag swollen. Soon after found her calf lying on its side, head cranked back, eyes slightly rolled back in its head. Seems like every muscle in its body is stiff. I gave it two 4.5 cc shots of LA200 and helped it to its feet. Once up, it ran behind the cow, but the hind legs didnt look like they were functioning 100% correctly. Today, turned the bulls out and while checking on the calf, when I was with-in 5 feet or so, it got up and walked off, still with hind legs that looked "alittle off." This evening I went to check on it and again it was stuck on its side, legs straight out, stiff hip, rib and shoulder muschles, along with its neck. I again gave it the same dose of LA200 and helped it to its feet.
-Looking for ideas and treatments.
-I checked the band, and the sac is still there. You can see the tissue is slightly torn near the band

The 3rd eyelids would be 1/2 across the eye and tailhead elevated as well, classical tetanus.
Prognosis not good, but some can recover. Need to be kept in quiet darkened stable, Pennicillin, Tetanus Antitoxin (though of doubtfull value). I would open up the wound, try to pull away the sac to let the air in and flush with Hydrogen Peroxide. Lots of nursing, ability to swallow will be reduced.
