5610 Remote leaking

This will be the 4th time in two years ive replaced o-rings in the same remote set. Im using o rings from new holland. Its always the one on top, right hand side.

Tractor has dual rear remote setup since new. Its a 93 model, only 850 hours.

Is there something deeper thats causing the issue? Or just part of it with these tractors?

Check the male couplers for damage as said. Make sure both the male and female couplers are clean.

You can replace the cartridge in the female couplers but they are like 400 bucks a piece or 700 a pair.

I've got nearly 20k hours on those remote valves and only replace the o rings and seals never the entire cartridge.
 
First I'll acknowledge there's someone above far more knowledgeable than me on this subject.
I don't think there's much that can go wrong with the cartridge itself , but I've heard of them being defective from the factory ( milled out of specs?) I would certainly check the males on every implement i had for damage or rust that might be damaging orings.
 
Inspect the steel faces around the o-ring groove in the cartridge to make sure there isn't any nicks or blemishes in there. Any damage can compromise the o-ring when installing it.

I forgot to ask is it leaking from where the male coupler goes into the female? Or where the cartridge screws into the valve body?

Any leakage from the bottom drain hose?
