3 Point Disc Mowers or Smaller Pull type

My self propelled swather left me stranded last fall or New Holland did, the part I need is no longer available. I've seen posts on here about the 3 point disc mowers and ran across a couple of 10 foot pull type disc mowers. I would be looking at putting up maybe 60 acres at the most at a time. What is the good, the bad, and the ugly on the smaller disc mowers?

I've got both types and I only use the three point at home. The pull type is way preferred if I have to go down the road.
It's also better on rough or uneven ground.

We have not used in several years. But the 3 point ones we had were a true pita to hook and unhook.

I use a 7ft but would love to have it mounted on a dolly. It works great for our smaller averages.

If I parked it, I can hook to our older kuhns in a few minutes. Using leverage of the cutter it's not hard to push around a bit.

Some people park on round posts I've seen.
