3:10 to Yuma

Went and saw 3:10 to Yuma. Been a long time since I saw a western on the big screen. Can not even remember the last one. Think it might have been "Man from Snow River" (which is one of my favorite movies).

Show had the F word a couple times in it. Other than that I felt it was a pretty good show. Had kind of a unusual ending. But all in all it was good to see a Western Movie hit the big screens again.

Judging on the line to get in I think it might be a nice hit. Maybe that will spark some more westerns out of Hollywood instead of the same old cookie cutter crap they have kicked out for many years now.

I hope you are right. I like a good western. I think the last one I saw on the big screen was the one with Clint Eastwood. Can't remember the name, but he went into a town with two other guys to avenge a girl being cut up.

I want to go see it but if they use the "F"un word, I may have to rethink it. :lol: I haven't been to a walk in movie in 10 years. Do they still sell $10 popcorn and $5 candy bars?

This might be a little too rough of a movie for a flaBOY to go see :lol: Sent wife to get snacks while I went to bathroom. Either the popcorn was expensive or my wife is stealing money from me! I did not see no change from a $20 :shock:

My wife and I saw 3:10 to Yuma a couple of days ago. I like westerns a lot, but just as a movie this was one of the best I have seen in years. Very little cusing not real nudity, just a good, well acted western. Just as this movie came out I saw the original 3:10 to Yuma with Glen Ford, didn't think Russel Crow could compete.... I was wrong. The new one follows the basic plot but has a few twist in it. And the villian is great, very well acted.

My review, if you like a good basically clean western it's a must see. It's up there with Tombstone, Unforgiven, Pale Rider, and of course Shane!

yes i agree i seen it also and would recommend it,very good acting,i think there is another western coming out?Assasination of Jesse James??? thought i heard a bit about it,Brad Pitt is in it?

I never saw the original, going to put that on the movie rental list. And I do not really like Russel Crow that much. But I thought he played a really good villain.

The part were he started singing "Their going to hang him in the morning" was funny.
