day before yesterday nieghbors cow stuck in the mud..2 hrs later finally git it out..im all scratched up and itchy from the nasty pond. hands swollen and blisterd up..sore back

last nite a diff neighbor calls and says the bulls out of his pen but in the pasture need a helper to walk him back. 3 of us.
today my hand is swollen..my forearm is swollen..2 good gashes on my arm..a good one on my calf..cuts and scrapes and bruises all over from gettin hit trying to climb the fence to get away. my tailbone is sore from his head..luckily hes polled

i know the bull storys..been there done that..they still gotta be handled at times.

A longer stick and standing your ground while scary as he77 is often the best route. Or better yet a good dog by your side. You are lucky the bull wasn't one of those rare ones that knows a few strands of wire isn't going to stop 1000+ pounds of pure muscle. Glad you are alright.

If you are going to get mauled by a bull you might as well enter a bull riding, at least that way there is a chance to win some money.

I don't know which is worse, bulls like that or neighbors who con you into helping with a bull like that.

After asking if you are ok, the next question should be is the bull on a truck headed toward town? Life is too short to let a bull try that a second time.

I never thought about that. It sounds like DB would be a natural fit for Pamplona.
