If you are as comfortable with the breeding as it seems, I would go for it. If you buy them reasonable and they don't turn out as you hoped you can always put some weight on and sell them. At that age and present prices they should put the weight on cost effectively.

That would be nice but since we have no control over feed or fuel prices you can bet they will go up too.

I think you can do better. I have one built just like it and 6' wide. The jack will bend the front sheet if you are not very careful. The extra 8 " will make a lot of difference in capacity.

Probably be a good idea to back it up with an external disc. Like the bumper sticker says shyt still happens.
