So many vaccines I get confused, I let the vet do it when pregnancy check and green tag. I've thought about doing it myself but with all the choices I wouldn't know what I need or what's best.

Mineral feeders are expensive. I'm gonna try this before I buy another feeder.

All I know is what the feed store owner told me. Don't give them any salt and feed free choice and it worked great but now they just seem to eat it way to fast.

I've been feeding kent 365 ADE free choice for about 2 months now and cows seem to really like it, maybe alittle to much. The last bag I put out only lasted 3 days with 12 cows with 5 calves. And the bag before that last 1 week with the same cows but less calves. Why would they be going through...

I band at 2 days old with good results. Just count to 2 and if you wait to many days you better put on your running shoes lol and it's easy for me cause there penned up so I don't have to chase them down

I usually just buy it as I need it but there is also a surplus right now and it's fairly cheap. Unfortunately I don't have the luxury of making much of my own hay.
