I saw a neighbor coming out of sam's with a lot of baking soda ,I ask him the why and he said he put it in his automatic waters to keep them free from the green gunk. Is their other uses for it ? Will it be O k to leave in the cows water all the time ? Thank's

I De wormed in April with Safeguard and a ivermectin pour on in the Fall but she sure had them .
